There was a long delay, without explanation about my goods being delivered. I tried both your phone numbers, leaving 3 messages on one, tried your chat line and wrote to customer service with no response. Your customer service was nonexistent, and I thought you were scammers. I still do not have the goods, but the courier has made contact, and they should arrive shortly. I have little trust until I see them. Never again!
The Emily Patchwork bedspread set is lovely. Lifts the room with the different patterns. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Have not received my items won’t answer phone calls ordered on 26/10/25 very little communication a lot of lies when they have decided to respond which is probably twice so disappointing
Nice sheets. But I'm not happy there hasn't been a reply to my email that the discount code wasn't applied. Should refund some money.

I would have given this blanket five stars but for the wrong pattern. The Berry Blue that I ordered had fewer geometrical pattern and more of the blue, but this one is covered with geometrical pattern. It is still a lovely blanket, but not what I ordered.
Color and style nice but poor quality
Not entirely happy as my sheet already has rip in one corner and the bottom sheet is pilling
Amazing quality and very thick, super warm and soft but the color is less vibrant than pictured. My parents used it and it was super comfortable for them on colder nights
I ordered a quilt cover set not a comforter set which is what arrived. Waiting to hear what I do now!!
I am a 5'6" woman. This bathrobe is so large it's not possible to that I wear it. I'm hoping my partner may want it, and I'll have to find another robe for myself.
