From time to time, Bedding King may offer giveaways on its website (www.beddingking.com.au) or official third-party social media pages (e.g., Instagram, Facebook). Each such giveaway is referred to as a “Giveaway.” The specific method of entry for each Giveaway will be provided in the corresponding promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules, any rules stated on the Giveaway promotion, and acknowledge that you meet all eligibility requirements.

The Giveaway is sponsored by Bedding King, located at 18 Peter Brock Dr,
Eastern Creek NSW 2766. By participating, you agree to Bedding King’s website terms and conditions and Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

ELIGIBILITY

• Open to individual legal residents of Australia or New Zealand who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, directors, contractors of Bedding King, immediate family members, and anyone involved in the administration of the Giveaway are ineligible to enter or win.
• Void where prohibited by law.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the applicable promotional material (the “Giveaway Entry Period”). Entries will only be accepted during this period.

HOW TO ENTER

   • Participants may enter through either the website or social media, but duplicate entries across platforms will not be counted.

By entering, you warrant that:

• Your submission is accurate and complies with the Giveaway instructions.
• Your participation does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• You have followed all instructions as outlined in the Giveaway post or website.

Bedding King reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules.

PRIZES

• The prize(s) for the Giveaway will be specified in the promotional material.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted for cash.
• Bedding King reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Winners are responsible for any taxes or additional costs associated with the prize.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

• Winner(s) will be selected as specified in the promotional material, typically by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Announcement:

• Winners will be announced on Bedding King’s official social media pages (Instagram and/or Facebook) within 2 weeks after the Giveaway Entry Period ends.
• Winners will also be notified via the email address.
• Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Bedding King and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any liability, claim, or damage arising from your participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.

Bedding King is not responsible for:

1. Technical errors or malfunctions.
2. Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
3. Unauthorized access to entries or tampering.

PRIVACY

Any information collected during the Giveaway will be used by Bedding King’s Privacy Policy. Entries via the website are subject to the respective privacy terms of those platforms.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Bedding King reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• All decisions by Bedding King regarding the Giveaway are final and binding.

For the name of the winner(s), will be announced on our social media within two (2) weeks of the Giveaway closing date.
